Struggling with Email Deliverability? I Can Help You Get Your Emails Out of Spam & Into the Inbox!
Share on:

If you're an eMail Marketer that sends out thousands upon thousands of emails to customers and prospects every month, pitching them on your latest product or program, chances are your email list looks like this right now:

That is, unless you're on top of things. You believe in good list hygiene, you have your DKIM, SPF & DMARC setup correctly, you're not loading your emails full of spam trigger words, and you have a good open rate. You're in the upper echelons of the industry, so congratulations!

However, the truth is many email marketers struggle with deliverability, especially beginners, and the biggest reason for this is where those emails end up after you hit send. If you're emails are not reaching your prospects' "Primary" folders, they're either going to the "Promotions" tab (Purgatory), or right to "SPAM" (The 9th Circle of Hell for us digital marketers).

Let's be real, some emails deserve to be locked away in the Spam folder (Nigerian princes, bogus UPS links, and so forth), but many well-meaning webprenuers struggle with email deliverability as well. They spent all that time, effort and God-knows what crafting the ultimate offer that they're so certain will rake in the sales and help them pay for a trip with the misses to some exotic locale... yet their offer never makes it to most of the customers in their email list, the open rate is terrible, dreams are shattered, and they're left frustrated.

Time. Money. Energy. Enthusiasm - GONE!

If your emails are going to Spam, you are missing out on sales and losing money. Plain and simple.

Depending on the size of your list, this could mean tens of thousands of dollars a
month, or multi-6 figures a year, in potential profits up in smoke.

For a list of 5000-10,000 people, I’d estimate you’re conservatively missing out on at least $10k/mo. (Approx $2 per subscriber per month. Apply your own numbers.)

To put it bluntly, having an issue with your emails going to spam is like having cancer. The longer it goes untreated, the worse it gets.

It’s a vicious cycle. Not to mention, the worse your domain reputation gets, the
harder it will be to fix the problem in the future.

I've been there before, and I know how it feels.

The Good News: I learned how to fix this, and I could do the same for you.

My name is Aaron, and I've been involved in digital marketing for close to 5 years. I’ve had involvement with campaigns, for both solo marketers and firms, that have generated as much as 8 figures in sales a year—and trust me, getting those emails delivered properly is the key to success in this industry.

Depending on the cause, this issue could be nipped in the butt in as little as 2 hours to as much as a few weeks.

What most don’t realize is that small tweaks to their email setup can turn everything around. That’s where I come in. I specialize in improving email deliverability. We’re talking about getting your emails out of that spam folder and right in front of your customers—where they belong. Whether you’re using automation or sending personalized emails, I make sure they hit the inbox.

This means an immediate and permanent 2-10x increase in email revenue over time.

Now, on to the gritty stuff.

Top 5 reasons why your emails might be in spam:

1. You're using Spam trigger words.

a). Check for trigger words in your emails using a tool like Maileteor spam checker.

2. Your email/IP is Blacklisted.

a). Check the status of your email/IP address with tools like Mxtoolbox, MailReach and Mailgenius.

3. Domain reputation*

a). Determined by your open history & how engaged your subscribers are.

b). You can check this with Google Postmaster - your reputation should be high.
(Note: You must have your DMARC record setup in order to view this data)

4. IP reputation

a). Determined by the sending software you’re using (e.g.Aweber, Mailchimp, Activecampaign)

b). You could also check this with Google Postmaster - again, your rep should be high

c). If not high, ask them to move you to a new IP

5. You're not compliant with Google’s new February 2024 updates
a). Must have one click unsubscribe in your email.

b). You must have your DKIM, SPF and DMARC records setup correctly.
(Check this by opening one of your emails and click the 3 dots > show original. Each of the aforementioned records should read "PASS")

c). Your average spam complaint rate must be 0.3% or less
(Once more, Google Postmaster is your friend)

I know, it's ALOT to take in. You might feel like you're taking a drink from a firehose right now with all this information I'm throwing at you but believe me, this stuff is important to know if you're wanting to run a successful campaign and get/keep the Benjamins rolling in.

Here's what to do:

Use the link provided below to book a 15-minute Zoom (or Skype) call with me and I'll run diagnostic tests with you so we could get to the root of your deliverability issues and find a solution.

From there, you have 2 options:

1). Take the plan I provide and do it yourself (or a member of your team)

or ,

2). Hire me to implement it for you, 100% hands free. Results guaranteed, or you don’t pay.

I’ll then install my anti-spam prevention code on your opt-in page and email list automation to ensure that once you’re out, you stay out forever.

It’s a one-time investment (varies on how severe the problem is) most clients I've done this for made their investment back within 1-5 emails, usually under a week.

I'm available most days from 6pm-10pm CDT, and available from 11am to 6pm on Mondays and Fridays.

Looking forward to hearing from you.
