I'm transitioning into full-time Christian ministry, and as a result, I'm selling my internet properties, as well as sites I've been developing but haven't launched yet. I'm now selling two (2) completely unique marketing systems, scripted by me from the ground up. These are unlaunched, but when you read the description, you'll see how explosive the potential is for each one!

Both sites are custom-scripted in PHP/MySQL. Sensitive data (e.g. passwords) are encrypted prior to being stored in the database, and the decryption functions are stored in a file above the web-viewable directory for security purposes. Both sites allow you to specify multiple admin-privilege accounts, if you have partners who will help you run the site(s).

Included in the sale of each of these sites is the following:

1. The complete website, including the domain name, all scripts, graphics, and source files.

2. Installation on your server, if requested.
   .
3. Two (2) promotional emails sent out to my list of 5,000+.
   .
4. A detailed Administration Guide, which will walk you through the process of managing the website (which will be very simple using the admin panel, as well as the fact that I coded both sites to be completely automated, to the degree possible). Manual administration tasks (e.g. answering support tickets, paying commissions) will only occupy an estimated 30 minutes to 1 hour per week (possibly less) of your time!

5. A few pre-launch ideas to help you generate awareness and buzz surrounding the site's launch.

6. Administrative support provided by me via email, phone, or instant messenger (Skype, AIM, Yahoo) for thirty (30) days following the sale. Even after 30 days, I'll still be willing to answer any questions you might have, provided that the time involved is within reason, e.g. you can't call me every 5 minutes.

Also, because I scripted these sites myself, I'm available to make changes, add new features, etc. down the road, if/when you decide to build upon the site.

The sites being sold are:


1) The Ad Profits Network

This system allows members to earn money by promoting their own ads. The short-short version of how it works is that members create an unlimited number of ads and store them in their account. Ads are similar to Google Adwords ads... a title/headline, and a text description.

Members then purchase listings for their ads, by having the ad placed on one of the system's networks. A network is a multi-level collection of ads. Think of a referral network/matrix. Well, instead of these matrices being populated with members, these are populated with ads. The site has a default network (admin-controlled), and members can also pay to have their own network.

When an ad is listed (on a network), it's automatically placed in the next open spot in the ad matrix for that network. The member's then given a URL to promote. This is the URL for their new listing. On that page, their listing is displayed, along with up to 9 of the listings in this listing's upline (the listings above this listing in the matrix, which belong to other members). So, the exposure of everyone's ads will continue to increase exponentially as more members place ads and then promote their listing pages.

In addition to the listings, a description of how the system works and an opportunity to join for free is presented to visitors. So, the system self-replicates on autopilot!

The site includes the following additions:

1. A Private Message System to help members communicate with one another and share tips/tricks, especially with members with ads in their networks.
   .
2. A Traffic Tracking System that allows members to see exactly where the traffic to their listing pages is coming from, and how that traffic is performing (how many ad clicks it generated, how many referral signups, etc.). This will help them focus their efforts on the sources producing the best results. As the owner, you also have access to site-wide stats, so you can see how ALL of the traffic sources are performing. This will also help make you aware of other traffic sources your members are using that you possibly didn't even know existed!
   .
3. A Traffic Source Directory, which lists different places where members can advertise. They can rate each source, and even submit suggestions to have new sources added. This will especially help beginners who won't know where to advertise their listing pages.
   .
4. An Advertising Co-Op that allows members to pool their money together so that you, the admin, can promote a single co-op link on their behalf, which will automatically rotate through the participating listing pages depending on the number of spots the member purchases. This will help keep the beginners (or members who just want to have additional exposure for their pages) active using the system because even if they don't know how to advertise, they can still profit using the system by having you do the advertising for them.
   .
5. A Credit-Based System, which allows people to purchase credits, and use credits to buy listings, upgrades, networks, etc. Rather than them having to go back to the payment processor, they just spend credits they've already purchased when it's time to buy something else. This makes it easier for them to spend, and people always spend more when they're not considering how many dollars a particular credit may convert to in a given situation. For example, 5 credits sounds better than $20. (That's not the exchange rate, just an example. The exchange rate depends on how many credits they purchase at a time... More credits = Less dollars per credit.)
   .
6. A Help Center, which includes a user's guide and a trouble ticket system so that members can always get the help they need. The ticketing system also helps you stay organized.

There are multiple ways for MEMBERS to make money:

1. When their ad is clicked on on any listing page it's displayed on, they'll receive whatever benefit they get from the source they're advertising (e.g. affiliate commissions, sales, subscriptions, etc.). (Think of Google Adwords... It's the same concept, except the ads are shown on listing pages, rather than search engine result screens.) Remember, listings receive exponential exposure, so each listing can receive tens of thousands of impressions/displays or more.
   .
2. When a new member joins, they're placed in the downline of the member who referred them (the member who owned the listing page they signed up through). When they purchase a listing, the referral upline receives a commission (up 3 tiers).
   .
3. When a new listing is created and placed on tier 1-5 in the downline of a member's existing listing, they'll receive a commission.
   .
4. If a member purchases their own network, they receive a commission whenever a new listing is placed on that network. If the new listing is also placed within that member's listing's downline (see #2 above), they'll also receive that commission.
   

NOTE: You'll notice that the system maintains two types of networks/downline systems. One is the standard type of referral system, and commissions are paid to referrers when listings are placed. The second are the listings networks, where ads are listed. A single member can have multiple ad listings, and can even have multiple listings in a single network. This allows members to develop profit-strategies and work together as a team to achieve better results.

NOTE x 2: When members are choosing which network to place their new listing on, they're given performance stats for each network (hits, clicks, signups generated, etc.). Because members with ads on a particular network will receive commissions when new ads are placed beneath theirs in the network, it motivates them to actively promote their listing pages so that more and more members will choose to place their ads on those networks. This will help keep the system active and profitable for everyone!

There are multiple ways YOU (as the owner/admin) will make money:

1. When ad listings are purchased, you'll earn a varying amount (because the profit is divided among members through the referral and listing matrices). Your share will range from 10-100%, particularly for the members you yourself refer, or who otherwise sign up unreferred.
   .
2. Members can upgrade their listings by paying to have their headline bolded, or to have the background of their listing highlighted. This will help their listing stand out amongst the other up to 9 listings that will be displayed on that page. No commissions are paid out on listing upgrades, so 100% of this goes to you.
   .
3. When members purchase their own networks (and some members may want to strategize and purchase more than one), 100% of that goes to you (no commissions paid on it).
   .
4. Some listings will have an even number of listings in its upline. This means that an odd number of total listings will be displayed on the listing page (the upline listings, plus the listing itself). Because the listings are displayed in two columns, the system will display a default listing that you control whenever this occurs, so that the page will remain symmetrical. This means exponential exposure of whatever ad you want to make the system default, be it an affiliate link, a squeeze page for your list, etc.

2) Internet Biz Buzz

This is a website/product review community geared specifically toward the internet marketing, home business, and income opportunity niches. It's a pretty big system, so bear with me as I describe it as quickly as I can. It contains the following features:

1. Biz Directory. A categorized directory where Bizzes (businesses) are listed. Members can read/post comments, read/post reviews, and even file complaints. Bizzes are listed in the directory when the Biz owner registers the Biz, or when a member posts a review or files a complaint on an unlisted Biz.
   .
   They're motivated to post reviews on unlisted Bizzes because when an unlisted Biz is reviewed, the reviewer can include his affiliate link as the destination URL (which is removed if/when the Biz owner registers the Biz). This incentive will help the directory grow automatically!
   .
   When a review is posted for an unlisted Biz, the system automatically contacts the Biz owner and invites them to join the site and assign the Biz to their account. They can then create a profile for their Biz, respond to comments, complaints, etc.
   .
2. A Complaint System. This allows people who feel they've been wronged by a Biz to file a public complaint. Biz owners can then respond to their complaints, and the two can engage in dialog to try to resolve the problem.
   .
   
3. Buzz Hive. This is where people can promote sites (their own sites, their affiliate links, banners, etc.). The section is divided into a featured Biz of the week (one weekly listing which members must bid for), special offers, new launch announcements, JV proposals, and a banner farm.
   .
   Biz owners can promote their sites in the Buzz Hive, but affiliates can also place ads in the site, so it's a great way for people to generate targeted exposure for their URLs.
   .
4. Custom Developed Discussion Forum. Communities keep people engaged and active, so a forum was an obvious addition to the site. Rather than integrating an existing forum, however, I developed a forum that doesn't include all the bells and whistles, but is fully integrated into the site. It's not intended to be a vBulletin, but just a place where people can go to communicate and share ideas.
   .
5. A Private Message System. This allows members to communicate privately with one another, which is always a great way to keep people active, and help people meet one another.
   .
6. A User Profile System. This allows people to introduce themselves to the world, telling people about them and their business. Members can quickly visit a user's profile by clicking their username anywhere in the site.
   .
7. A Help Center. Members can read tips on how to not get scammed when trying to earn money through internet marketing, income opportunities, etc. They can also fill out trouble tickets if they need assistance.
   .
8. A Banner Ad System. You can run top, side column, and bottom banner ads throughout the site, and even turn them off for members at a particular membership level. This will help you generate additional income.
   .
9. Internal Currency. The system is integrated with PayPal and AlertPay, but it operates its own internal currency (Buzz Bucks), which members can buy at staggered rates (depending on how many Bucks they buy at one time). Not using a dollar currency motivates people to spend more, plus once the Buzz Bucks are purchased, you've already earned the profit whether they ultimately use those Bucks throughout the site or not. ALL of the paid features contained on the site are paid for using Buzz Bucks, which members purchase through the integrated payment processors, on autopilot.
   
   
10. Miscellaneous Features. Additional features include A) Biz Tagging, which allows members to tag a Biz they may be interested in so that they can find it again quickly without having to browse through the Biz Directory. People can see how many times Bizzes have been tagged. B) Biz Notes, which allows members to store private notes about Bizzes, e.g. contact history, experiences, etc. Only the member can view notes they've stored. C) Biz Ratings, allowing members to rate Bizzes with a 5-star Flash-animated ratings system. D) Click-Back System, which allows Biz Admins in particular to have a special link they can use to direct traffic straight to their Biz's page. These clicks are tracked, and pages that receive more click-backs are, by default, displayed higher in the Biz Directory. E) Social Bookmarks, which are included on every page of the site, allowing members to bookmark pages (particularly Biz profiles) in social bookmarking sites, like Digg, Del.icio.us, Facebook, Google, etc. 25 are integrated, but you can always add more very easily.
    

As you can see, this is a HUGE system! It was developed with automation in mind, so although it's huge, it's scripted to handle itself. I estimate a weekly requirement of 1-2 hours of manual admin time (for approving unlisted Biz reviews or complaints, managing trouble tickets, paying commissions, etc.), more as the site continues to grow over time, but still relatively small because everything is automated.

Whoever comes to own this system will definitely be sitting on top of a goldmine, especially considering that no such system exists online yet!

Included in this sale will be a few additional feature ideas that I had and planned to implement but won't be doing now that I'm selling the site. But, they're some great ideas, and will be relatively easy to implement. You'll love them!
