Are the Adsense figures from this website only? Also, why is there $1400 in unpaid earnings?

Going on the basis that sites normally sell for a years income, yours, if we are going by Adsense alone, has done $1400 in roughly 50-70 days and you are selling for $1200?

Something up with your site bud, whenever you go to it it takes you to the wp-install.php page.

Also previously when I was checking it out it was taking an age to load and couldnt even access popular or top rated questions, although I could access other websites.
