I am selling a website that made me over $1200 in one week.

This is a site that will make you money in the future no doubt. When this site made me $1200 it was ranked #8 in Google.

Why am I selling it?
Well I need the money right now and I really don't want to let it go but we all have to do things we don't want to sometimes.

I thought about this a lot and whoever does buy and can get it ranked in the top 3 will probably have a $3000 to $5000 payday.

Hang on.. We are into May... The stats are of Jan and Feb (first week)...So, no sales after that (approx 3 months)?

Hi,
Yes the reason there are no sales after that is because this website was built for only one day out of the year "The Superbowl" so there isn't going to be any sales after that day but when Feb comes around again I am sure it will making a killing I just need some quick cash right now.

You have to look at it like an investment which will pay off in the future and every year if you hold onto it.
