    Hello, and thanks for visiting. I am having a clearout of blogs which I own simply because I haven’t the time to do anything with them. They range from 1 to 5 years old, and they are all indexed and ranked in Google and other major search engines with many page 1 positions. Traffic stats for all the sites can be viewed here: http:www.wtatlas.com/stats.html 1. www.Bloggingtrouble.com - Sorry, SOLD. This is a PR1 site which was established on 24 July, 2006. It ranks in the number 1 spot on Google for the keywords “blogging trouble” (without quotes), a search that gives over 34 million results! It is a general site about blogging and has a lot of content, (281 posts), some of it unique. The graphics for the header, etc., are unique, created especially for the site. An aged domain such as this carries a lot more weight with the search engines and can easily be used to create a business around. The domain is registered with GoDaddy.com and will be transferred free to your GoDaddy account. It isn’t due for renewal until 1 March, 2012. Traffic At present the site is receiving around 160 unique visits a month with no promotion and no new content being added. It needs a bit of a boost by having some fresh posts added on a regular basis and some targeting of new keywords. With its age and rank it is a valuable platform for anyone looking to have a blog about blogging. Monetizing I haven’t made any real attempt to do anything with this blog except put adsense on it. There are plenty of Clickbank and other products that could be promoted and, of course, a list of subscribers could be built-up. The blog was set up to take advantage of the huge market for people looking for information on affiliate marketing. Unfortunately I haven’t had time to do any promotion for it and it needs help in this respect from a new owner. Traffic It receives around 300 unique visitors a month with no promotion and hasn’t had any content added for some time. A little bit of attention to this and traffic levels could soar. Monetization The blog hasn’t been monetized apart from adding adsense for which there’s been a click or two. There is a wealth of opportunity in this niche for sales of affiliate products. At present traffic is so low that no revenue is earned (just a couple of adsense clicks). It has a Google PageRank 1 and is ranked in the number 1, 2 and 3 spots for the phrase “buying sites tips” for a search that yields 115 million results. The site was established on 11 February, 2008, so is now 3 years and 4 months old. This blog is built on the premium Genesis Wordpress theme which would cost you $79.95 to purchase separately. The site design and graphics were created especially for buyingsitestips.com. There are 33 articles on the site, most of them unique but not all. As with the sites on this listing this blog has a lot of potential but has not been promoted in any way. Traffic As mentioned no promotion has been done so the site is only getting around 150 uniques a month. It hasn’t been updated since December, 2010 so there is a great potential for a new owner to increase visits and therefore income. Monetization Goggle adsense, Kontera ads and an affiliate program in the sidebar but there is a huge market in this niche for promoting Clickbank and other site flipping products. Reasons to buy
