once we do all the work...then its time to make them authroity site. We need to post more content, on all the web 2 sites. In case of artcile marking, we subit artcies again, same with all other task.

we are adding social media.. from next month we will do twitter marking, linked in, youtube ( already added), facbook and so on

The reason is
- we should get traffic from social media
- it will help us in gaining and retaining ranking.

First we create....
Fangepage, twitter, youtube, slideshare, docs, and so on
next month.... do u think, we have any reason to make it again? when they are already created
When we create, fanpage, then its time to get, traffic on them...we can do with FB marking
same with youtube.. first we will create channel.. then we will make videos, then our target is to make channel an authroty channel. we can do it, with adding more vedios, promoting vedios, and getting backlinks on them. Since this process invlove so many things, i can tell every thing in few linkes.

well, we did not tried any of the software. The reason is

=> we are useing group apprach. Several groups are working on each site.
For example
- web 2 accounts creation
- artcile writting group
- socail media
- video marking group and so on..

=> Secondly, we never ask for payment, before the task is done.

In other words, say cleint hire a VA and give us 10 sites, to do package 1.
we will not ask to pay cleint after 30 days.

First target is to do all the define task, and then we infor the cleint, for further payment.

Lastly, VA are also monitered by Group leaders, so we take care of every thing...

IN past... few cleints track VA's with
