Membership site with loads of content & Vbulletin license for sale

I made a membership website for a friend complete with owned vbulletin license (included in the sale), over 50 gig of content (about 20-25gig zipped up) already installed and around 5000 members (although a lot of these will be spammers).

The site in question is: MemberMe, The Internet Marketeers Paradise, PLR, MRR, RR, Exclusive Content.

Also its not got any current subscribers, it did have a couple when it first started but like i have mentioned elsewhere the guy did not have the time to do all the extra work that is needed with something like this.

The members are currently 5000 with about 799 active but most of these will be spam.

The buyer will get ownership of the domain which is due for renewal soon but if you buy at the asking price ill renew it free for you or knock the renewal fee off the asking price.

You will get free hosting for 2 years if you need it by myself which is basic hosting with no cpanel.

All content has been installed (currently around 50gigs) so it is ready to go

I installed some vbulletin addons for subscriptions and downloads which makes everything more or less automated.

Ideally it needs someone who knows what they are doing with this, it has potential to make LOTS of money for the right person.

The guy i made it for just did not have the time to promote it or keep it constantly updated with new stuff hence the sale.

Everything is sold as is, i can provide a test account for serious buyers only.

The domain is coming up to 2 years old and gets a lot of organic google traffic as it is.

Currently around 1800 uniques per month from organic traffic

Please Note: the content is quite old, i started this site 2 years ago and back then the content covered about 3-4 years right up to newer stuff just released at the time. Nothing else has been done, i had to re-install everything from a backup so its ideal for people with access to good content etc.

It needs some loving care really, and someone to go through all the members to check for spammers and authorise legit members (forum currently set to need admin approval for all new members).
