Niche Websites for Sale

I have a variety of niche exact domain match fully developed websites and some domain names for sale. Before I go to the trouble of selling them at auction, I thought I would post them here.

I'm selling because I have a large portfolio of domains and I want to concentrate on the ones that are performing better, and I also have a variety of other projects I want to concentrate on. Many of these sites are already ranking, and I also think many will come back stronger with some TLC. There are a few that have been deindexed in Google, but they are aged names and still get some visitors/traffic.

Most of these have:
-some adsense earnings for the past year (they have also been monetized with Amazon, Ebay, and Shopzilla, but I only have tracking for adsense)
-pages indexed in Google
-visitors and traffic
-over 1 old, there are even a few aged domains over 5 years old.
-Several of these sites also organic keyword rankings, many on the first or the second page.
-The majority of these sites are auto blogs, but most have 3 to 10 pages of unique content.
-They have a lot of auto generated posts.

To prepare for sale-
-Premium plugins have been disabled and removed.
-Adsense/Ads have been disabled
-Premium themes used have been disabled and removed.

Most of these sites are registered with Namecheap, there are a few that are registered with Go Daddy, which I've indicated. Any purchases will require a free account at the name registrar to push the domain name to you.

Payment is by Paypal or possible Escrow for larger orders.

Once I have received payment:

As far as transferring the website, I will provide you with the WordPress content files and the database. For an additional $10 fee, I can install the site for you on your hosting. You will need to provide me with your cpanel name and password.

I will push the domain name to you with your account on either Namecheap or Go Daddy after transferring the files or installing the site.

After purchase I will need your:
-username from name registrar
-email address used at name registrar to push domain.

those EMD not saying reg with godaddy are all registered with namecheap?

Can you provide the earnings of each site?

Thanks for your interest. The sites not mentioned as with Godaddy are with Namecheap.

Please refer to the Google doc spreadsheet link for Adsense earnings for each site for last year.

Also, I monetized most of these sites with: Shopzilla, Ebay, and Amazon, but did not have url tracking in place, although most sites had some of these sales as well.
