Insurance Niche Blog

Recently I created a blog in the insurance niche. High CPC key words, but I picked the lowest competition I could find according to Market Samurai.

Unfortunately my wife needs new glasses and some expensive dental work, for which I don't have the money to cover it. So I decided to sell this site to raise money for her care. So my loss is your gain. I decided to sell the blog as PLR.

(as you can tell, writing sales copy is not my forte)

Site is built using the Thesis 1.8b4 theme. Currently it is left in its natural state, but can be modified with various skins that are available. I only put AdSense in it but you can add any advertising you want with ease. This theme is very flexible with all the options that come with it. So even if you don't rewrite any of the articles, the blog can look quite different. I use WPUnique so the articles would look unique to the search engines. They are unique currently, until I sell some of them. So rewrite them or not, it is up to you. There are ten articles currently.

On page SEO has been done using Clickbump's plugin. Two or three of the articles don't have internal links as I didn't have another article that was appropriate to link it to in my opinion. You may think different or when adding to the content with one that is.

As you can see from the home page, there is much you could do to make this site unique for you. And this theme is a good one for modifying because of all the options built in.

The keywords all have decent to high CPC as indicated by the Google Keyword Tool shown below:

In addition to the site, I will include all the articles with spin tags so you can do article marketing if you want to with spun articles. Some like to do that, some don't. I don't want to start a discussion on the merits of that, if you want them they are included. If you don't, that is up to you.

So how much am I asking? Just $19.
I will sell only 35 copies of this blog.

I have had this site up two or three days I think. I have not done any promotion at all. Not a single back link or anything else. I have had eleven visitors today alone. I can only think that I picked good key words. Statcounter is not telling me where the visitors came from, which is frustrating. But if I can do it with this site, anyone that knows what they are doing should be able to take this and run. And for only $19 that is a bargain I think.

I am a bit confused. You can see the whole site as I have it laid out, prior to any additional skins that you can get for this theme. All the key words I used are laid out in the listing. What more do you need other than a domain to host it on? You can review it yourself by clicking the link in the thread.
