How's it going?

I have 2 sites that am trying to sell. These site's can generate some money if in the right hands. I have not generated anything from it, but that is also because I don't know how to monetize it correctly. I just created them and added a little bit of content and then left it alone. PM for details on buying them, or just on details on how I can sell them.

The site above needs clean up. My browser shows a glitch with this site. If you paid some one to clean it up and add Amazon and Adsense to this site it could make income. Try to hang in there !

Yes, I agree that that site needs some cleaning up and also a new theme for it. I don't know what it would cost for someone to clean it up, and I really don't have any more use for it so that is why I was wanting to get rid of it.

Hey,

I am pretty much open for some offers if they are reasonable. I really didn't have a specific price to sell it for. That is a great site though. The articles are original and that is not a word press theme. I got it from a buddy of mines for free. There are plenty more.

The site is using the mocha child theme. you can look thru them here..

You could put them up at the Godaddy auction. Have you looked into that? I am sure they would sell eventually.
