Stylish credit repair website for sale

I bought http://smartdebttips.com about 5 months ago but i haven't had any time to do anything with it as i have other projects on the go.
It does have some backlinks.
I will supply you with the credit repair strategies ebook which is for sale on the site.
The domain name is paid for until 29th august 2012 and is registered with go daddy.
I am open to offers for it at present as i need funds for a new project.
I will send the database and wordpress files to the buyer and transfer the domain name.

UPDATE: The "internal server error" was due to Brainhosts server,i have now transferred the website to new hosting and it is working perfectly.

It's working fine for me are you may need to clear the cache and cookies of your browser

owey the www smartdebttips com is not working but it will work with http smartdebttips.com, modify ur thread and remove www
