gaming desk Site for sale! I build MNS and this is one of my samples, never done any backlinking or anything and making $50 a month. With some backlinking you can make 3 to 4x that! Why I'm selling this site? I build sample sites every 4 months to keep things fresh so this one needs to go! I'm asking $1500 for this site and there is no doubt that your ROI will be high!

Isn't that first graphic showing income for pretty much 4 months and over those 4 months it has made ~$150. That only works out to about $37.5/month. Even if it has made $50/month why are you asking $1500. That is 30 times its monthly income as it currently stands. Right now the average going rate for sites that I have seen is typically about 8 months revenue.

As you can see the first month made almost 0, like I said this site has had no linking to it, if I did linking it would be making 4 times what it's making now! This is what I do so I know what the site will make and $1500 is a good deal!

Buyers don't care what a site can theoretically make or not, the only thing that matters is the current proven income. It would be too easy to just say "oh well if you did this and that the site could make 10x"

I have this niche site too, it's not ranking yet, but if people just link build to it and rank it on page one it will make a fortune! Well, it doesnt quite work like that.

Then your doing things wrong! And if anyone has a problem with the price then go to the next post! Like I said this is what I do and I know what sites will make!
