hi Paul, the offer to do rebranding for the new owner is in case someone buys it who is not sure or not 100% on how to rebrand.
i can do a video showing a rebrand in process for any buyer and its just an offer, they will own the site and they will own the source code and have the rights to all my titles. they can choose to do the rebranding themselves or i can help for a short while for a minimal fee (£1) per rebrandto do the rebranding work.

I want to invest in new ideas and this is my only reason for sale.

Hi thanks for your replies. Ive decided not to put in an offer. I hope you find someone who really wants to run with this business. Im unsure of the potential and have a pretty big learning curve, as ive never run an internet business before. I do program in 'C' myself, but thats alot different from running a website, designing logos etc.
