Hi Brian,

As mentioned in the post above I have many gaming guides - they do REALLY well but they take time to run.

I simply have too many projects on at the moment and this has been sat in the pipeline for a while so I thought why not offer someone else the chance to build it up.

However you are right - if there are no takers here I will find time to update the site to the 'Judgment' expansion that is to be released very soon and get the ball rolling on this one.

If I sell this on Flippa as an established site or start up it will sell for a lot more.

I've been thinking about this site for the last couple of days. However, it seem's like the site would just about die after the Gears of War 4 comes out, which I think comes out some time this year. Is there anyway to switch from 3 to 4 smoothly without having to start all over ?

Hi Brian,

The site wouldn't die, at least not if it was updated.

In fact if the site and guide does not sell I will be updating for GOW4.

Once you get the site established for Gears of War 3 - you would only need to update the guide and add as a bonus or change the graphics around to Gears of War 4 if that makes sense?

Best thing is that by that time you would have a list of Gears of War 3 fans and you can bet your bottom dollar they would be interested in Gears of War 4 and a guide.

[EDIT] Forgot to add you get all the .psd files for both sites so it would be really easy to switch.
