CPC will be above $1. You will get around 25 articles in total(5 initially and 4 each month for next 5 months).

About competition - One of my site having two articles is ranking on 4th page of google for a keyword with cpc above $5 and have only 3 backlinks pointing towards the site..

Quite smart what you're doing. People are basically paying you for you to make your own websites, seeing as you own the domain and host the site.
