Hi, folks,

I'm simplifying my life, and retiring from two of my activities so that I can focus better on my third business. Smile

I plan to retire from my guitar-manufacturing business ... and ... I plan to pass along to somebody else my list-building site on the subject of article-marketing and traffic-generation, along with its list of over 12,000 double-opted-in subscribers.

Because I have not been working this article-marketing site, it has slipped some in the google placement, and is no longer at the top of page one, but this is reparable, and it still brings new opt-ins.

And because I've not been working this site much, I'll pass it along very reasonably. Smile

There is also a membership plr site that could be included with the deal.
