Are these (content) unique? is there an admin section?

Yes, all the content is unique. There is an admin section as all sites are built with wordpress.

They aren't suppose to until you do the backlinking work to them friend.

These are starter sites. They are meant to get you started out with good keyword research and some content.

You get the keyword-rich domain, content, and domain with your purchase. It's a deal.

If someone buys a site/sites from you will you offer more content that is niche relates with keyword reserch already done, and if so how much for a Site with 10 atricles as stated in the ad?

I will gladly show them where they can order more content for their site. If they request I'll show them which keywords I would choose when building out the site.

Most sites have one article on them, but there are some with up to 5 articles. That being said, I would choose sites based upon the niche, searches, and Adwords CPC, NOT upon how many articles there are.
