What do I need to do to get started. I have free capture software made by the Camtasia people. Jing.

The best way to get started is to go to the High Voltage Forum and look for the thread pinned at the top that says "Start Here".

Hi CCPP,

There are no "upsells", however members do offer additional products and services to other members. There are also some third-party product reviews, of course, not all of those products are free. For example, I have a thread dedicated to making videos with PowerPoint, however Powerpoint isn't free.

The High Voltage Video Forum is a forum and not a course and offers info and resources on many topics related to video marketing.

It isn't a personal coaching product, but questions are posted and I respond when I can, as do other members. I hope members will see it as an opportunity to give advice, opinions and share resources and not just "get".

As a forum, topics are updated and added to.

I am looking to see what Video themes are available like the Covert VideoPress theme.

It allows videos to be pulled from youtube, vimeo and a few other sites like that. It also creates the thumbnail for the video.

This theme is quite old now and I am looking for something that has quite of lot of configuration options, like color, header and the design of the theme needs to be modern like full with options and anything else you as a designer may have in mind.

I am not interested in something that is not supported and not being developed. I am happy to let the theme owner look in the admin section so they can see what this theme does.

The theme has to be available now, not in development. Other suggestions on how to handle a site like this are welcome as well.

It's a forum that opened a couple of years ago. Like any other forum, some posts will have older info, while other posts will be up to date, unlike reports and ebooks that are never updated.

A lot of techniques are timeless.

The forum is very much alive and active. New video products and resources are being developed everyday. And we active test, report and share in here several times a week.

I am just a member, as well. Yes, it is worth it for this WSO.

I don't know what exactly you're offering at The High Voltage Video Forum, and I certainly don't know everything when it comes to video marketing, but what I do know is that ranking of videos on page one on Google is important. Hoe else will people find it? But please tell me more...

I have a little bit of video ranking experience, but I struggle to rank certain videos to page one on Google - so do you recommend Live Blaster (if not offered here as I understand), or is there any other software program that is perhaps better? I know that backlinks don't always do it. If backlinks do work (and it can at times), it's only for a certain amount of time unless you keep on pumping high PR backlinks - but at what cost?

This is a technique for creating Youtube tags to help you get higher rankings for your Youtube videos for multiple keywords. The downside is your video needs to already have a decent number of views for this to work.

Check your Youtube analytics to see what keyword phrases people are using to find your video in the YT search results. Then, use these phrases as your tags as well as working them into your video description in legit ways'

These keyword phrases are how people are already finding your video. By using them in your tags and description you can increase your ranking for these keywords.

To find which keyword phrases people are using to find your videos in YT search, go to:

Creator Studio
Analytics
You'll see your Top 10 Videos => Click on "browse all content"
Click on a video title
Click on Traffic sources
Click "Youtube search" - This will show a list of keyword phrases
