Great Niche Sites - From Domain Only To PR2 Complete Sites - Starting at $25

Hi All!

We have here some lovely sites at bargain prices!
All started with good niche & keyword research, in fact if you'd like we have targeted keyword lists to go with a lot of them.
Most of the active sites have ranked for multiple keywords, and made an income at some time.
We don't do spammy backlinking so all links are pretty good, the SEO optimization is great and most of the content is unique, and USA written.
Traffic has been as high as 10k uniques a month on some.
Even the undeveloped ones have known some Gurgle lurve just for the domains!

Your opportunity to grab some dynamite domains, with age, backlinks and content.
Just need a little freshening up and gentle tweaking to be ranking and profiting again.

I know you are going to ask why we don't do it instead of selling then!
These domains are only around half of our portfolio, and we have decided that we just have to be realistic in how much work we can take on.
This last year we have moved away from IM into the real world!
Hence these poor sites being so sadly neglected

We are open to sensible offers on any or all.
By which I mean that while we understand that these are not wildly valuable sites as they stand, they are a blinkin' good starting point!
With quite a few we can also offer extra unused content, videos, easy keyword lists, etc.

So feel free to make any reasonable offer, we love a good haggle!

Any single site, a group of sites or take the whole lot! Obviously an acceptable price would depend on what you wanted.

Got asked to narrow the choice down a bit, so here's a list of the 21 sites that would possibly be quickest to rank and get traffic with a little (easy to get) content..
Not that the other sites wouldn't rank quickly as well, but they need either quite a lot of new content or it's in a more specialised niche.
Of course not everybody is as fussy as we are about content being written by an "expert"!

Forgot to explain why some of the domain ages have a ? against them too.
We bought aged domains and the tool that used to tell us how old they are isn't working any more, so they are at least that old, possibly more.

Couple gone now, still open to any offers on the others.
