PR6 website with domain, facebook & twitter

I'm selling my domain and site with all content and the full install. The site is PR6 and is http://comicsandcosplay.com.

Everything will be packaged up and sent to you in whatever method you prefer. Database export and full zip of the whole site along with domain transfer.

There are plenty of articles (230+ that are included with it) and it performs well. Gets around 400 people per day or so and I'm selling it because I've had no time to do anything with it.

Cosplay niche is quite good and those articles do well via Facebook, etc. I've also got a Facebook page with over 2400 people added to it that I'd be willing to provide alongside the site as well as a twitter account with over 500 people.

I checked with majestic seo's backlink checker and it has 306 external links and there are 127 referring domains to the site.

Site ranks #1 on keywords like "superhero cosplay" and others.

not earning at the moment, I had adsense on but pulled it off recently to prep for sale. It's adsense safe.
