Selling my websites for charity

Dear Warriors,

I have decided to sell my websites as my focus has changed recently to charity fundraising meaning I don’t have time to maintain the sites. I unexpectedly lost my mother to a stroke in May and have spent the summer undertaking a cycling challenge in her memory. Take a look at www.in-memory-of-margaret.com if you want to find out more about the challenge.

I am selling nearly all of my sites, most of which include a domain and site, with a couple just being domain names. Most are well aged, but have been neglected by me so I’m making no claims on traffic or earnings, although I was making up to $1000 a month from the sites combined about 18 months ago. I still make money from some of the sites from paid ads and affiliate commissions.

I will do my best to help transfer the site(s) to your registrar/host. Some sites include static pages and Wordpress blogs. Most are built with Wordpress. I’ll include all relevant plugins and the theme, if you want them. A couple are built in XSitePro.

My plan is to donate at least 50% of the money raised, split equally between the Stroke Association and Barbara Bus (a charity close to my mum’s heart). If you are not interested in the sites, but would like to make a donation, please visit www.justgiving.com/teams/rudolph-and-simpson . Thanks.

When I bought it, it was designed as it is. I had planned to change it, but didn't have time!

As a few people have asked about traffic, I had a look at the sites I have Analytics installed on and the sites showing some traffic are:

fitness-weight-loss.com 650 uniques/month
gardening-resources.com 2000 uniques/month

can u give more info on gardening resources website, any traffic, revenue. how many original articles it has. are the videos and photos stock photos? does it have any revenue? you say it has email list, how are you engaging the list? what price are you looking at?

I don't have analytics on some sites but AWStats says:

Pretty Garden Tips - 1600 unique visitors in September so far.
Cordless heaphones site had 345 uniques in August.
Buy Handbags - 1600 unique visitors in September so far
Compactor Trash Bags - 650 uniques in September so far
Magic of Making up - 480 uniques in September so far
My Going Green Ideas - 460 uniques in September so far
Signs of Heart Disease - 400 uniques in September so far
Skin Care for Acne - 800 uniques in September so far
All About Fat Loss - 2800 uniques in September so far
Dog Food Advice - 400 uniques in September so far
Acid Reflux - 550 uniques in September so far
All About Building Muscle - 780 uniques in September so far

MyBlogarama - 1100 uniques in September so far
Online Golf Tips - 850 uniques in September so far

These numbers are consistent with the previous few months.

The other sites have minimal traffic, between 50-400 uniques a month.
