Legitimate sale of a 2 year old LLC. I am selling this because I've realized (belatedly) that there are tons of people who can sell domains, host websites, and even design and program them - but there are very, very few who can actually write compelling content.

I'm writing full time, which is earning far more for me than domains and web sites ever did, and I simply do not have the time or energy to manage this company (as the website shows).

Currently the company has a total of 6 active client websites, including a holding company and a bank (both located outside of the US), on a premium SSD cloud host, with very unique IP addresses and a yearly cost of about $350.

The yearly accounts receivable for hosting and domain names is about $700, which is due January, 2014 for hosting, and another $600 due in June for 6 domains.

Yearly costs are $500 in State fees, and registered agent fee (about $100+ depending on who you choose). The company owes no money, has never been in default, and requires no license or taxes if operated from outside of the US by someone who is not American.

The sale includes:

• Bank Account
• Domain Name
• EIN
• LLC (you need your own registered agent)
• Website

The company has been in business for two years. This is not a scam (mods, I can show ownership documentation, bank statements, etc.), but rather a legitimate offer to sell a company. You save me the headache of advertising this company in ten places, and I will discount it.
