Pay Per Install Business Making Over $1,500/mo

What I Sell

First of all, I would like to make it clear that I am not selling just a website - gigrallc.com. I am selling my whole PPI business consisting of 28 software uploaded in major software directories. Most of them are simple software created due to their high demand on market.

When each of these software is downloaded and installed, I get paid if user agrees to install additional tools integrated in the installation process.

Most of software are uploaded in major software directories that tend to rank well in Google - download.cnet.com, softpedia.com, softonic.com, soft32.com, etc. They drive all the downloads and installs. These accounts will be transferred to the buyer.

I work with two PPI companies that pay me monthly to my bank account. Their accounts will also be transferred to the buyer.

Why I Sell

Reasons are simple. First, I suck at SEO (especially, after latest Google updates) and I believe search engines are the major source of traffic for this kind of business. Second, I am getting into another type of business that I would like to focus my time on and invest some money in.

Why You Should Buy

I will be honest with you. You will NEVER regret you bought this business only if you know SEO or have someone really experienced do it for you. We are not talking about some difficult to rank keywords.

For example, I managed to get my mp4 to mp3 converter's Cnet page to number 1 spot (now second) and Softpedia page to number 3 for major keyword "mp4 to mp3" (60,500 searches per month in Google alone) only with several fiverr gigs. It was before latest Google updates and these are sticking ever since.

This one software is bringing 95% of revenue (around $1,500 per month). I did not manage to rank others, but many of them are ranking somewhere in top 100.

Keep in mind that these software directories are authority sites and experienced SEO expert should be able to rank them fairly fast.

Let me explain potential of other software. I created them after researching the market and checking what kind of software people are looking for. Below are just some examples:

Age Calculator - 201,000 searches per month in Google

Length Converter - 60,500 searches per month in Google

GPA Calculator - 550,000 searches per month in Google

Weight Converter - 301,000 searches per month in Google

You can check statistics for other software by checking them here - Age Calculator « Gigra LLC and searching Google planner.

Some keywords are easier to rank than the other, but in general it should not be very difficult for experienced SEO person.

Also, keep in mind that once you rank your Cnet or Softpedia or any of other major directory software page in Google and start getting downloads, it will start ranking high in those directories and attract more downloads internally.

I hope you see the potential. If one software makes over $1,500 with 60,500 searches per month, the other ones can make a lot more or a bit less (depending on search demand) if properly optimized.

I will transfer the site with domain as well in this deal.

Price - $18k.

Let me know if you have any questions and I will be glad to reply.

It is not the site that is making the money. It is pages in software directories that drive installs. Site is required for reference when you upload the software to these directories.

Below is net profit for last 7 months (I work with two PPI networks):

March - $1301.66 + $110.86 = $1412.52
April - $2600.70 + $253.50 = $2854.20
May - $2090.37 + $113.04 = $2203.41
June - $1743.88 + $160.12 = $1904.00
July - $1581.24 + $195.42 = $1776.66
August - $1292.56 + $135.73 = $1428.29
September - $1418.38 + $133.88 = $1552.26

October is on track for $1,5k as well.

Let me know if you have any other questions.

Hi,

Not sure what you are asking for. Are you looking for ways to monetize your software? Please, clarify.

Come on. You can always change email address in the account. Moreover, I can always contact support and tell them I am transferring the account and they will take care of the rest.
