How It Works

1. Questionnaire

We start off with a questionnaire to learn more about your goals and what direction to head. Answers should be as detailed as possible to help speed up the entire process.

2. Niche selection

You can give us a niche or we can research one for you. Every niche we select will be evergreen. If you allow us to select your niche we will research 3, and you can pick your favorite.

3. Domain registration

After selecting your niche we will register a domain name related to your niche. We try for an exact match with a keyword from your niche.

4. Logo and header design

In the kick off questionnaire we will collect information for your logo design. Once we create your logo, a header is designed to match it. 3 logo concepts will be provided in the following formats: ai, eps, psd, and png.

5. WordPress installation

I will install Wordpress on your hosting account, and add the premium theme of your choice. We have 7 themes for you choose from.

6. Premium plugin installtion

All packages include installation of 10+ premium plugins.

7. Social profile creation

Depending on what package you select, we will create 5 – 30 social profiles for your new website. Every profile will have a full description of your website, profile picture, background picture if available, and link back to your website.

8. Topic keyword research

Topic keywords are related long-tail keywords that can be used for on-site blogging and content marketing. We will provide you with quality keywords related to your niche.

9. Content creation

You will have access to my professional, US based writers to create interesting and compelling articles. Conventional writing just won’t do. You want to stand out. You want a unique voice and style that demands attention. Our most talented writers can be provocative, humorous, scientific, educational, analytical, passionate, reflective, controversial…or a mix of styles. Your choice!

We can write about your selected topics or we can choose them for you. Each article will be a minimum of 700 words, and will have proper keyword density.

10. Social posts research

While your articles are being created we find content related to your niche, and queue it to post on your social media profiles. Facebook will be setup to post twice a day and Twitter 4 times a day. When we queue your Facebook posts we start at the top of our list. For Twitter we start at the bottom of the list. This is so people that connect with both profiles don’t see duplicate content.

11. Content mapping

Once your articles are created, we begin mapping out your posts for the next 1-6 months. What this means is that your blog will be set to auto post the content we created.

For example: A blog post is made on your site, and it automatically gets shared on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, StumbleUpon, Pinterest, Google+, Facebook Group, etc. It shares the first part of your blog post and adds a link back your site.

Content is posted every other day, so a total of 15 articles will be posted each month. All blog posts will have at least 1 image, 5 tags, and social buttons for easy sharing.

12. Off-site SEO link building

After your website is completely setup and your content is queued, we start the link building process.
