I just can't understand the idea of getting a pre-made blog. Please explain how it works.

You'll sign up for an Amazon associate account here (it's free):

Login, create a code, paste the code on your blog. (my tutorial video will show you the steps).

Amazon will auto populate all products on your blog. Pretty amazing ;-)

You don't ship the products, amazon will distribute once someone buy. Amazon pays 4% - 8.5% per sale.
