Selling my diet niche website Soup and Raw Food Dieting - Be Good to Your Body ! 9 month old project that I had left gaining traffic w/o monetizing.


The niche is endless in value and with 3k+ visitors per month all organic traffic. A list could be built quickly and hold extraordinary value as well as better placed Adsense ads or CPA.

Ranked for "soup diets that work", "progresso soup diet", "chicken soup diet" some others too obtaining 3000 visitors per month. View ranking and positions via attachment.

Originally selling ad space and making around $40 to $80 a month with less traffic. Once traffic picked up moved onto adsense November 24 2013. Started slowly and tested ad locations (still am) The positions as of now are making an average of $7.48 per day but as much as $12 per day.

If buyer was too do any of the below the website would be making a killing or the could raise its income and sell it.

Buy more articles and rank for more keywords and therefore attain more visitors you could easily increase your revenue.
Start building a list free offer or something they could attain 200 -300 subscribers a month. They say the money is in the list and every email is worth a dollar. ( 200 * 12 = 2400 subscribers @ $1 each is $2400 value within a year)
Sell clickbank products or CPA. All easy to do just place ads or pay for reviews.
I am no website seller I don't wish to provide a sales pitch only what I have for sale.

Price will be based on standard monthly multiplication evaluation of traffic and adsense. I do not need to sell the website, it makes money w/o any input so I will not sell for less and could make double monthly easily with some time and little investment.

Traffic Evaluation

Main Keywords: (All shown in attachment and by SEMRush)

Progresso Soup Diet - 1600 * CPC $0.63 = value of $1008

Progresso Soup Diet Plan - 170 * CPC $0.81 = value of $137.70

Chicken Soup Diet - 590 * CPC $3.78 = value of $2230.20

Progresso Diet - 110 * CPC $1.02 = value of $112.20

Chicken Broth Diet Weight Loss - 50 * CPC $6.31 = 315.50

Just for these keywords alone the traffic valuation is $3803.60


Adsense Evaluation

The adsense based on an average of $7.48/day is 7.48 * 365 = $2730


Summary

Ad both of these together = $6533

To get price average = 6533 / 2 = $3266.50 website value

My reserve Price is LOWER than this and its a bargain for a serious investor / internet business entrepreneur / marketer

I don't have time to do anything with the website and would prefer to sell up. That is the only reason for selling. I will have the website and domain transferred as soon as payment clears.

Yes the posts where done in April when the site was built. I followed my standard procedure and waited for the site to rank. it now has ranked keywords in a high value niche. Apart from the fact the website is already pulling in $220 / month I dont know how you think it doesnt have that value. The website hasnt been touched because I was waiting for it to rank and traffic to increase. With 3000 visitors / month in the diet niche do you not think you could build a good list? Sell clickbank or other affiliate products? The list goes on. Regarding my evaluation I used two methods I used the traffic evaluation and the yearly income evaluation, two most utilized options. Most of the website for sale on here are not even making a penny even though they shout to the world they are making a f###king fortune.... all bollocks.

If you really want a website that is done for you and already making money is established and has ranked keywords and certified traffic. Unfortunately you have to pay for it.

Does the site make $7/day I.e 210$ a month?

Yes it makes avg $7.48/ day which = 7.48*31= $231.88 / mth or 7.48*365 = $2730 / year

on high traffic days the site has hit $12 / day. With an investment in more article and ranked keywords or even social media to increase visitors you could easily boost the income.

Who writes the articles? Costs? The article are written by natasha nixon, great quality and fast. well priced at $7 for 500 words.

Website space and hosting cost? I dont know this of the top of my head but it wont be large and you could use the cheapest hosting. i can help with this if you want or I could even host it for you [ free ]

Just a few questions.

Have you got any screenshots of Google Analytics for the months Aug-Nov 2013? From what I can see there were around 100 daily visits prior to Dec 13 last year?

If the numbers are lower then what did you do to get the numbers up?

Also your evaluation of the price is way off as stated above. You are adding together CPC based on traffic and Adsense when they are both the same thing lol

An established way to work out potential sale price is a years worth of income though it isnt an ideal way to work it out as some sites may be seasonal etc.

I know your pics etc show the traffic as organic however Google wouldnt pick up a site that has been dormant for months and suddenly put it to the top of the rankings. Also the visits per GA look to outweigh the expected visitor number per SEMrush. I appreciate the figure is a yearly average however something just doesnt sit right with me on this.

Yes I can send analytics prior to that. The visitors increased slowly over time as ranking began to take hold they grew and grew. Around 50 per day in Aug and by Nov 99 day. I have posted screenshots for dates req'd plus december. they will be posted on flippa.

I did nothing to get the numbers up but some backlink on blogs just be trailing around posting a couple per day and buying some social signals. the domain name and keyword research are what got the site to this point. I have done this many times. There is no trickery here.

I have valued the site using two different methods one at $3800 one at $2700. I did not create these methods. They are standard. You generally sell a wesbite for a years worth of income ie 12 times monthly income. Or if you have the site making money other than adsense you price it via traffic and its cost. This cost is not the same because with adsense [ this sites income ] its what the site makes / we get paid per click. The traffic valuation method is the cost to buy traffic that is why the two values have different totals LOL

Well this is why I valued it using two methods and I expect and want less than both valuations. Dieting is hardly seasonal. It is one of the largest IM niches that has excellent money to be made. To be honest I dont even think adsense is the correct method to make money, it probably the worst. It could make much more.

I will add lots of photos to show traffic. this is not bulshit its 100% legit traffic.It was never dormant it was gaining recognition and growing it always had traffic it just got more.

Hello again.

I have update and sent more traffic info to flippa through them so it is verified. You asked for Aug to Nov and I added last month Dec too.

I have also just added Jan 1 to 16 and there has been 5954 visit this month alone.
