The site gets some traffic and has generated some modest revenue during its lifetime. But I'm not selling it on those merits because I haven't had the time to promote it fully beyond doing a little SEO, promoting on document sharing sites and running a light PPC campaign for a brief period.

The purchase includes the following:

• two domain names: howtostartafoodtruckbusiness.com and foodtruckriches.com
• all of the website and membership content
• a 21-day follow-up email sequence
• all promotional content including a 4-day evergreen launch sequence, PPC keyword & ad group data (so you can set up your own PPC campaign without having to do the research)
• exclusive rights to do whatever you want with the product
• the Clickbank vendor account associated with the product
• complete sales funnel with free video mini-course/pre-sell content, front-end product and recurring membership program
• upsell to a business credit course in both audio and pdf format

A lot of time and effort went into creating this product. I first tested the market with a survey to see if there was interest in the niche and was blown away by how many people wanted this information.

After that, I hired some high-end talent to write the sales page, website content, course materials, voice overs, video production, etc. In total, I spent a little over $7,000 on everything. I'd be happy to sell this business-in-a-box and put it into the hands of someone who has the time to pick up where I left off and profit from this hot but untapped niche.
