The number of customers each site has is different than the number of customers we have in the double opt-in customers lists.

Website #1 has 19 customers and 3 of them requested a refund.

Website #2 has 26 customers and 8 of them received a refund, probably because of the higher price of the product.

Website #3 has 53 customers and only 3 of them requested a refund - very low refund rate!

Lists are hosted at aweber, but the above customers' details are stored in the database of the software we use to manage members' area of each site.
