To my knowledge you can have as many affiliate sites as you want. Promote as many products as you want, as long as the sites follow all guidelines and stay within their terms.

So, to answer your question - I have well over 40 sites and never had a problem,

can you please show me some proof of income from your amazon affiliate site that is based on your method because i find it very odd that you could have 120 sites for yourself making money but yet you are happy with $8400 from them.(please give me an honest answer)?

will you provide me a list of keywords for each page that i should target to rank well?/
