I am very interested. However I do have one question.
The 8 Keyword-rich articles already posted will those be unique articles for each blog sold? Because if each blog has the same articles wouldnt that be duplicate content.

This is a pre-made blog. Yes, buyers get the same content. But each template is only sold a finite number of times.

Just by rewriting the content, or hiring someone to do it, into unique articles, you'll immediately turn this into unique content in Google's eyes. Regarding graphics headers and images; it doesn't really matter. You don't have to change them if you don’t want to. Graphics on your site aren’t really important for Google rankings.
