Whats wrong with my PPV Campaign?

Hi,
I am new to PPV+CPA marker but thought of try all the combinations to find the success. My PPV networks in mediatraffic..
Initially i tried with direct CPA offer url, but the conversion was not good and many people suggested to create some good landing page.
I have created new landing page and hosted in my site.. but now i don't see any clicks in my offer? ( I use max bounty)
Can any one help me to have a look at my landing page and suggest what i am doing wrong. I can PM my landing page..
