Hi Guys,

I am presently managing a campaign on adwords and I need your help please. The client sells very expensive real estate valued between $1.5 - $12 million. I am located in a city were the demand for these types of homes are extremely limited due to the city not being a huge destination attraction. I have a campaign on the search network and I have a decent CTR, however, my keywords have low search volumes. I can't bid on more general keywords because I will receive irrelevant impressions and clicks. The client is unhappy that he is not receiving any calls from our campaigns. I am thinking of using the display network to target websites where wealthy individuals visit. I have looked at some sites, but the number is limited. Do you guys have any other strategies that I could implement? Your help is greatly appreciated.

Use display advertising, and create multiple campaigns.

    1. Placement targeting. Target websites, where as you said, wealthy investors might be handing around.

    2. Location: Target your city, and perhaps additional close cities as well

    3. Keyword: I guess no further explanation is needed here.

Don't forget to pre-qualify your leads. Which means your ads must be very direct at who you are targeting. This will lower your CTRs, but will definitely get people who actually might be interested in what you have to offer.

    Good luck!
