Can i Advertise in Bingads?I am from India.

The reason i am asking is a few of the Advertising networks mentioned that they take only US residents.
Anybody from india doing affiliate marketing with BindAds?
I would be thankful if you can guide me on this.

    I know i would be jeered at if i were to ask this on any other forum.But knowing that WF is safe...
    Is there anything special i have to do while creating a account?like when selecting usernames..

    It is allowed in India as a Bing Uahoo Ads.
