Adult website PPC ads

Hi everyone, I have a more adult website and want to place ppc ads on it, I am about to approach the likes of lovehoney direct to seek advice about their ads and I did place some ads on my site using paid on results, but the ads didn't work and paidonresults haven't been helpful at all.

I would really appreciate it if you could point me in the right direction for the more adult side of things when it comes to ads, I am also trying to track down a glitter text generater that shows up on mobiles and tablets as the one I am currently using only appears when using laptop/desktop.

Anyway, I am new to all this and learning as I go along so please be gentle with me XXX
