How do you guys manage spend on multiple adwords accts?

Hey warriors,

Stupid question. If you had multiple adwords accts that you are managing...how do you guys keep track of the spend for the year. Any specific tips and advice or would excel be suffient?

Hi chi124,

If you are managing multiple account, thrn you might want to create an MCC account, you can see you spend for all accounts on a single screen.

You can also use Google Analytics to generate AdWords reports, as well as AdWords Editor to generate reports.

And there plenty of 3rd party options like:

  Yes we have a MCC account. We are currently putting them in a excel spreadsheet and was wondering how to go about put it in excel file (column names, rows, formulas etc.)

  You can click the download button in the MCC interface to download the report in CSV format, and just use Excel to open it and you are done.

  You dont need a Google rep to create an MCC account. I just created one yesterday.
  
  Make sure that none of the accounts share an email address and credit card.
