Ads Account Disabled On Plenty Of Fish

Hi Guys
I set up an ads account on Plenty Of Fish the other day & by the time I got to the end to submit the ad, the account had been disabled.
They've now taken 2 lots of $1.29 off my card.
I contacted them to verify my identification and have had no response.
Has anyone else had this happen to them?
