Question About Adwords!

Hello everyone,

So in the past I've tried to set up campaigns in Adwords (the site wasn't approved because it was just a squeeze page basically), but I had put my bids at around like $0.05/click, and it was estimating like 100-200 clicks a day.

Now, everyone always says Google Adwords is really expensive, but getting 100-200 clicks a day at $0.05 a click is pretty cheap and high volume!

Is there estimation just really off? Or has anyone else experienced this?

Thanks!

Sounds like you have really low competition resulting in paying less for your keywords.

I've always found their estimation to be pretty accurate. I'd say it sounds like low competition, or possibly going after some long tail keyphrases which may have less searches. 100-200 clicks a day is pretty good, but how many keyphrases are we talking about?

Hi, Backlinkmaster, you know, Estimate tool shows rough results.
And CPC almost every time is lower than in new working campaign.
So, don't rely on Adwords CPC estimation.
If you can't view CPC estimation at all, than your keyphrases has really low competition. Since then, there's not enough data to make any estimations.

Looks to me like you have not a whole lot of competition for your specific niche. I don't think that their estimation is off. They are pretty much accurate all the time.
