i know a mortgage broker who needs leads. how can i get her phone ringing?

i was thinking >> set up landing page w/ free offer >> send PPC traffic to it

maybe CPA? she has a form on her site where you can fill it out to get a pre-approval. then she goes over it and calls the person back. but there are a ton of forms to fill out, so the cost of CPA might be too high?

any ideas are more than appreciated, thank you!

Door to door sales in a business crowded area. Small to medium scale business owners are always looking a way to save some money.

It should only take a couple of minutes to close a deal on a qualified prospect.

She'd better have some sales experience though. Or hire people to it on commission.

Telemarketing is an alternative to door to door; though not as effective for obvious reasons.

Once direct sales is going well, she will have more to spend on your services anyway.

PPC might work especially well for FB if you can target business owners/managers on FB with a qualifying ad such as "If you want to pay less on your mortgage, click here" & photo [idk..lower to upper limits of rates she can do e.g. 6% - 8% - in red, on white background - add company logo somewhere in there)

Offline or online? Offline, then go to where your potential clients will be.That could be some kind of exhibition or show related to housing or maybe even where new apartments/houses are being built. More obvious would be to run ads in the paper or online. I know you've thought of those Actually, what ideas did you come up with so far or how does your client normally get ads?

You are actually spot on with this one - great thinking.

What you want is to indeed make a small, generic "get a free mortgage quote" or a "mortgage calculator" type of website and throw some proper PPC traffic at it. A small form is more than enough, such as name, phone number and mortgage requirements (i.e. LTV ratio, total mortgage amount, salary, etc).

That will enable your broker to call them back with a simple quote and try to sell her services. Stick to Adwords, BING and Facebook PPC for starters and you should be flying if you stick to a small form that captures only the most important contact/mortgage information in order for your broker to be able to get in touch with the potential customer.

    Hope that helps

HI, you can create a funnel where You offer a free report when a prospect optin Then You have to send him a followup series where You show him to be an expert in loans and where you offer him a special offers only if he get action immediatly
