Problems with segmentation by country in FB Ads

Hi, I have a bug in my FB Ads account. I can do a segmentation by city. But since yesterday I can´t do the segmentation by country!

Anybody had this problem before? Do you know where I can report? Thank you.

    Maybe it's not a bug, some cities can't be targetted .. you'll have to target the whole country
