I strongly recommend you to build a list first & start establish yourself as a expert in your chosen niche.

You can start by giving away some free valuable content on your blog or squeeze page.

Free content format includes:

and so forth.

Once you've establish good relationship with your list, it's time to promote some affiliate offers to them (if you don't want to create our own products)

But don't spam your list every day with promotions and offers. Keep a ratio of 70% content and 30% promotions.

What you can do is look an affiliate program that offers free ebook, free video courses and tools to promote. This is how you can build your list. If you find an affiliate program that offer free ebook you can build your list around. Put together a landing page and use that free ebook from that program as an offer to your visitors. If they opt-in you can give them the free ebook for giving you their names, email or phone and follow up with them and build relationships. Your list is the best thing can have an online marketer.
