Can i earn only by traffic?

like the title says, and if i can earn from only traffic how much ads will
pay me for view/click?

    I strongly recommend you to build a list first & start establish yourself as a expert in your chosen niche.

    You can start by giving away some free valuable content on your blog or squeeze page.

    Free content format includes:

    - ebook
    - report
    - video
    - powerpoint presentation
    - mindmaps
    - audios
    and so forth.

    Once you've establish good relationship with your list, it's time to promote some affiliate offers to them (if you don't want to create our own products)

    But don't spam your list every day with promotions and offers. Keep a ratio of 70% content and 30% promotions.

    yes ,When you use ads. Selling ads is attractive, because it’s passive income, but you can usually make more money using the same “ad space” to sell your own products and services or even promote an affiliate product.

    CPC & CPM is variable (according to the category)
    for entertainment niche:
    CPM: about $1 for 1000 unique visitor.
    CPC: about $0.05 per each click

    It depends on your niche, if you have blog then list building is the best way to earn money. But if you have high traffic on your website and its niche is entertaining then you can easily earn good money from adsense or anything else.

    I'm not even saying this to be rude, but asking if you can only make money by getting traffic is the same as asking whether or not you can run a successful hotdog stand business without any customers.

    Essential to any business or money making venture is developing an audience to sell your products or brand to.

    How much you make depends on mainly your targeted keyword, the amount of traffic you are getting

    There are other ways to make money however other than ad networks

    You can Do so but if you it right , i mean if you have no experience in making campaign you will get nothing , and you will think that it's the end of the world , but first you should gain experience and try again and again till you make it

    It depends on what you're selling, but as stated above you need to establish yourself and build a brand, then start focusing on making money with traffic you're sending in. Offer value, then sell afterwords, not the other way around.

    Well T S Chan pretty much said what I wanted to say. I know we affiliates wants to make extra cash to help us build our real business but the truth is you can do that but that will not give you the financial stability you need for long term success. There are many ways you can make money online but selling other people products is the best way because trying to create your own products such as ebook, video courses take money and time. What you can do is look an affiliate program that offers free ebook, free video courses and tools to promote. This is how you can build your list. If you find an affiliate program that offer free ebook you can build your list around. Put together a landing page and use that free ebook from that program as an offer to your visitors. If they opt-in you can give them the free ebook for giving you their names, email or phone and follow up with them and build relationships. Your list is the best thing can have an online marketer. You can always send them offers, your services and tips. Hope this will help.
