Google Keeps Disapproving my Ad

So I created a weight loss blog, and I've had my ad reviewed twice and both times disapproved.

I finally found an article that said google doesn't like information harvesting and pop ups, I thought the whole reason for creating a free gift asking people to subscribe was the direct way to list building..

But how can i use google ads to drive traffic to my sight now?

    It depends on how you setup your "blog". Back in the days you can drive Adwords traffic to a landing page with little content with the sole intent of capturing their emails or promote an affiliate offer and Google would allow that.

    Now a days, it's better to create a site with rich content that looks more like a real branded site/blog instead of a lead gen site/affiliate offer site. This improves user experience and pleases Google. Of course on the marketer's side, it's always good to capture the lead first. But if you want Adwords traffic, you'll have to choose the balance.

    Adwords can give you tons of traffic if you know how to get them approved while maintaining opt-ins and conversions.

    Main reason to disapproving ads, if you use some suspected words in your ads, You need to read Google adwords trams and condition & policies.

    If the page you are promoting is in your signature link I see several problems:

    - purpose of page appears to mainly be to capture info
    - immediate popup
    - "supplements"

    Google does not like information harvesting. If your landing page is only about capturing the customer info you will get disapproved. Add some quality content to the page and don't make it just about the optin.
