Confused On Facebook Advertising

Hi i'm looking to promote a article in the mens lifestyle niche for my blog on the lines of "10 ways to get laid"

Facebook on the advertising policy page (https://www.facebook.com/policies/ads/) states:

Prohibited Content

Adult content. This includes nudity, depictions of people in explicit or suggestive positions, or activities that are overly suggestive or sexually provocative.

Avoid images that are overly sexual.
Avoid images that are sexually suggestive.

But i see sites like askmen.com promoting content all the time e.g. http://s22.postimg.org/3vinz4pxd/screenshot_779.jpg

I don't plan on showing any images depicting nudity, adult content, or sexually suggestive on the ad. But on the landing page itself there will be some of this content. Nothing over the top though.

Am i fine to move forward with promotion, i don't want to get my FB ad account banned!

Just wanted to check.

  • I doubt they would ban your account outright; if it's tasteful but pushes the limits they just won't approve the campaign or select ads based on the creative/copy.
  • Hi guys i am new in Facebook ads so please suggest me how to start? thanks
