Reddit ad: Tips, Tricks? Your experience and conversion rate?
- PPC/SEM |
I sent visitors to my landing page (direct link) where they should opt-in to get a free ebook.
It was the same picture on all three days: A CTR of a little under 0,5%, which meant about 22 visitors on my landing page. Only one of those visitors subscribed. So I paid 5$ per subscriber, which is awful.
I'm going to experiment a little more with this, but what are your experiences with ads on Reddit? Any special tricks?
I'm especially concerned at the moment with making my landing page convert better, because under 5% conversion is not a good thing. The same landing page has performed very well in the past, but on reddit it doesn't. Going to make a new one with no "marketing talk" at all.
