Hey omare562,

My advice is to start small, focus on a niche you already know (cameras are my interest for example) and try to break even initially. Don't blow the whole budget on one campaign in an hour. Instead go slow, study your customers to improve their experience and conversion. Identify traffic sources which work well for each particular campaign and stop those that don't. Be the customer, understand what they want and carefully watch your competitors - offer more than they do. You need to keep everything granular, track everything, bucket test if you can, write down every change you make and revisit an analytics package to understand its impact on a regular basis.

I started in 2007 with $10k on a credit card, I now have a property portfolio, several supercars and my monthly advertising budgets would buy a small village - yet I'm small fry compared with some of my competitors. If we can do it, you can too.

Choose something you want to good at. I have success with CPA+ FB ads, and I know people that had success with CPA and Youtube. There's always money to be made. Choose something you like to do, and learn it till you can do it like a pro.

There is a nice little inexpensive course I started with that I still think is a great value for the price... covers the basics of PPC advertising and even gets into split testing, finding offers, and increasing ROI.

As far as CPA I absolutely love using youtube... so many ways to optimize search results. One of the best networks out there is Maxbounty if you haven't already heard about them. Solid offers and great staff... never had an issue with payments and paypal friendly.

however... the fact that you are here asking questions is obviously really the best way to learn... just pour over these forums and you will take years off your learning curve.

PPC/CPC is a kind of ad payment method. It counts your revenue by ad clicks not by impressions. It has better effect than other.

Banner ads or popup ads, take an example, banner ads is put at the page while you can not remove it. popup ads occurs anytime when you are at the page, but you can close it by button, arrow or other signs.

hey there it would a wise decision to try bing and cpa, but you need to learn what your doing first otherwise you will lose money quickly. A few guys on this forum have great WSO about bing and cpa.

There are also great threads right in this very section with some very valuable information.
