Best Long-Tail Keyword Tool

I want to enter a base keyword or keyword phrase and a list of negative keywords and generate a list of long-tail keywords sorted by traffic.

Problem using Adwords Search Term report is you end up paying for a bunch of long-tail clicks that have poor relevancy.

What's the best tool out there?

    If I understand you correctly, you want to block many irrelevant long tail keywords.

    Did you know that you don't have to block them separately?

    For example, if you add a negative keyword free you will block all long tail keywords containing this word, such as, free stuff, stuff for free etc.

    Another advice - don't use broad match because it can really give you many irrelevant clicks. Use the broad modifier match instead. You can do that by putting + signs before keywords, For example, +mobile +phones.
