I'm SO HAPPY!
I found a niche that has a 6-8% conversion rate because people are desperate for this. And the Cost per click is surprisingly low, really low since I'm the ONLY one in this niche. hahahahaah!!!!!

Sorry, I'm just so excited!!! This must be the feeling when you made your first sale too!?!?!?!!!!! AHHH I can't believe it.

So, I believe I got this after 11-14 clicks. I'll have to check my Bing Ads later, I'm busy setting up sites at the moment.

But yeah, if you're wondering, I did Direct Linking. I am thinking whether to create a landing page for this or not.

Anyways,, have a good dayyyyyyyy!!!

Edit: here is my stats CTR can be a little better, but I made the sale at 14 clicks, which is amazing. and i spent $3.12 in total which is 22 cent on average.

The stats I show are from the last 14 days, so there should be some differences in results as, throughout my campaign, I tried different methods, different keywords that I deleted so those deleted keywords definitely have 3-4 more clicks but that's negligible, keywords matches, gotten lots of impressions but not enough clicks, until I finally made it work.

I think the one thing that really worked was Mr. solarwarrior's tactics in his book, and his recommended settings.

As to how I found this niche.. I actually have a method. But that's my secret

    Congrats on your first sale.

    A few questions.

    1. What match type(s) did you bid on for your keywords?

    2. How many keywords did you bid on?

    3. Did you include the price of the product in your ad so you are likely only to get clicks from people interested in buying a product?

      1. I matched with "phrase", because it is the most cost effective from the trial and error I've done.
      2. I only bid on 2 keywords. I had results when I switched to only 2 keywords. I never gotten any results from when I used 20 something.

      3. Yes, I have "100% Guaranteed" written on my headings, I make it as obvious as possible.

And thanks! I just have to sell 5 more a day so I can make 100/day.. but that'll come after months of hardwork!

Great work, congrats on your success. Very inspirational for someone like myself who is just starting out with Bing and PPC. Has it been a long journey to get to this point? Have you tried many different products before you found one that converts?

Thank you! I'm in the same boat as you, I started with Affiliate Marketing in May, but didn't really do anything until June. I am right now trying to see what works, trying different methods from blogging, to PPC, to AdSense.

Basically working hard, right now I'm just letting things absorb because there's way too much.

I started with PPC 2 weeks ago, using the $100 coupon from my Web hosting.

I basically started with a high gravity product, Venus Factor.. but that turned out to be bad, so I searched for ways on how to promote in Bing, and I ended up in here.

I basically followed instructions and tips, and I got my first sale in two weeks. That's not bad for someone who only spent $3 on this particular campaign.

I tried promoting Paleo Recipes, Cabbage Recipes, Law of Attraction.. I've gotten clicks, but the competition is way too much. $2-3 for a Best Bid is crazy.

Yep I have tried to promote most of the clickbank products you mentioned here without any success. I burnt through my $100 bing voucher a few weeks ago and stopped after that without any sales. I went back to researching PPC a little deeper and started a few Maxbounty campaigns last week, still yet to get a sale but hopefully one is not too far away. My campaigns are definately a lot better with higher quality score and CTR. I just need that little taste of success to drive me further and really try and make some money out of it all.

Last year, I started direct linking with Bing and CB. At first my results were promising. I made a sale after spending only about $4 on ad costs. But then later after my campaigns ran for a while, I had spent about $450 and only made about $250 in CB sales, which was a loss of about $200.

The WSO which I was following about this said to choose about 150-200 keywords then bid on broad match. I think bidding on broad match and lots of keywords eats up far too much ad spend while getting too many irrelevant clicks. So with direct linking, it needs a different approach to have a realistic chance of making an ROI.

I haven't heard of anyone getting consistent good results with Bing and direct linking to CB. It seems people make sales here and there, but nothing consistent. I think this is because generic keywords convert poorly with DL, and product keywords have high competition so are expensive and also don't get many searches either unless the product is very popular, but then the CPC will be high also.

Although you may make a sale early on with direct linking, how much ad spend will be eaten up before the next sale comes. Unknown, but it's tough to make an ROI it seems. It might be best to test the waters with direct linking then create a landing page once you know the product converts with Bing ads.

Yeah, I really find it helpful to test the waters with Direct Linking. Because it sucks to create a landing page for something a month down the road you would find out doesn't sell, so all that effort goes to waste.

And I agree about everything you said. Thank you for your wisdom.

May I ask, how much are you currently making at the moment, and what your marketing methods to make money? Care to inspire a newbie like me?!

Top Job! I've been doing Bing -> Squeeze Page -> CB and getting some good results while building a list at the same time. I've found there is a lot of trial and error to get it right. Congrats on your campaign.

I would be building a niche list then promoting clickbank offers to it.

You need to be able to sell the people more then once.

      hey great job well done

Here's what you can do next (in my opinion)

      • increase your CTR so your getting even lower CPC, then even better ROI!
      • Scale this up gradually each day and make even more money
      • set up a bigger funnel, email capture, more offers etc!
Well done have a great day!
