    No. It means pay per click. You can use it to promote a lot of things-but it's not earning money from affiliate unless you are bringing ppc traffic to your affiliate offer.

        If you want to advertise something through PPC, for example, your own product then you pay for every click. If you want to earn money by putting PPC ads on your site then you earn money for every click someone makes on the ads that are on your site.
