You just need to key in whichever email you want to receive leads and place that email in the correct part of the capture form. Why would you not be able to collect emails? You code this on your landing page, not on Yahoo or Bing's PPC platform.

You would use an autoresponder to catch emails. You add that to your landing page or website. Few examples are aweber, infusionsoft, get response etc...

You get their service, create optin box and they give you code to paste on your site. Then ready to collect emails from free and paid traffic.

hey there you can capture emails from a landing page or website. Do your bing ad to a landing page and then have an email opt in. There are many free versions or paid versions for landing pages etc. instapage and leadpages are good to use and even though at some point you will need money its worth it!!

Bing does not mind you having an opt-in form if it's for a legitimate reason. What they don't want is for you to collect unnecessary information, like social security numbers, full home addresses, relative names, etc unless there is a legitimate and very necessary purpose.

Now if you just put up an opt-in form on a page with no reason given as to why they should be giving you their email, they will not like that either. A landing page, with information about what the email will be used for and why they should opt-in along with the appropriate information about your company and required policy statements is fine as long as it does not violate any other bing policy.
