Tracking email conversions with p202

I've been inspired to start bing ppc because of solar warrior. But i'm having problems with tracking in getresponse.
Basically i want to set up prosper202 with bing to track what converts into an email sign up. From there i send them an offer, and so on.
What i can't get around my head is that getresponse doesn't have a special pixel to fire so that i can add it to my campaigns list like you would do with a peerfly or maxbounty campaign.
Is it possible to track email conversions through p202 and getresponse?
